Christmas Jumper Day is a good day to get festive and celebrate Christmas symbols and fun, but it is also a good day for gratitude and giving. The Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice is for all children with life limiting conditions and their families in West Yorkshire and aims to create memories and celebrate life as well as giving high quality end of life care.
