This is a busy time for education and the third sector, and after a turbulent year you may be looking forward to relaxing and being with family and friends. This is an important time to pause and reflect on all that has gone well and all that has been achieved so that this can be built on. It may also be a good time to let go of some of the niggles and issues that have been ‘pecking at your head’ as Jenny likes to say!
