Jenny attended the annual #TeamADL Gathering on Friday
on 10th January 2025 Jenny was in Milton Keynes with her #TeamADL colleagues at the annual face to face event. It was great to spend time with familiar faces and meet the new members of the ATC team.
The day was focused on growth, for #TeamADL and for the individuals members.
We looked through three different lenses; efficiency, effectiveness and Economy.
A really valuable day, lots of thinking, challenge and development.
