Purplemoon News-Horse Assisted Co-Facilitation

Do you know what Horse Assisted Development is?

Horse Assisted Development is a non-directive and non-confrontational way to help you read and understand the signals we all send, identify your own skills and strengths, and realise your potential.

This month Jenny has been a co-facilitator for Glint. Supporting team development and mental health support with the Glint team of horses and the CEO Heidi Dawson. She loves having these opportunities to apply coaching skills in a very different way, and the horses are excellent communicators and relationship makers.

One day has been all about team development, and three half days have been a program called Mind Matters, supporting a diverse group of people who are exploring their mental health needs in a non-judgmental and non-confrontational way.
