Working with Horses to support Team Development
This week Jenny has once again had the opportunity to be the co-facilitator, working with Heidi from Glint. This time is was Horse Assisted Team Development. The weather did deteriorate, but the team developed an excellent strategy through effective communication and collaboration to get all three horses moving as part of their herd (team) It was amazing to see humans and horses totally congruent and there was some great reflections on how the group had shifted from low communication and fractured units to a truly effective team! I felt very privileged once again to be working with the Glint horses.
