Jenny attended 3 days training at CSTD on Reflective Supervision in Education with Education Support
What an amazing experience to be ‘in the room’ with other associates and two highly experienced trainers at the Centre for Supervision and Training Development in Bath. We not only spent three days really exploring what reflective supervision was within the education field and how it would work, but also got to meet and chat with Dr Peter Hawkins and his wife Judy. It was so interesting to take my learning and experience of supervision and apply other models and experiences, so Ifeel my practice is greatly enhanced by this training (and my wellbeing umbrella is looking sparkly and bright after being serviced and held so well.
