Purplemoon is now two years old, and Jenny is reflecting on what has been achieved and what is coming in the next year!
it was two years ago that Purplemoon was born, following on from Jenny’s decision to move out of the education system and become a service supporting those in the system, alongside also supporting other agencies and third sector organisations. Purplemoon is dedicated to ensuring that those with leadership responsibilities are supported effectively and enabled to be the best they can be.
The knowledge and understanding of Professional supervision is growing and people are seeing how coaching and supervision can be a preventative and proactive tool for leaders at all levels! That is something to celebrate!
