#TeamADL is hosting their second coffee morning for SENCO’s and SEND Leaders which incorporates a group Reflective Supervision session.
We know being a SENCO is challenging. We’ve been there and we still support SENCOs today!
Dr Anita Devi and I wanted to create a safe space for just 8 SENCOs to learn about motivating their teaching team & have a group supervision session. Yes, this is only for 8 SENCOs – why? It needs to be focused for authentic conversations to take place. Our hope is you will leave with tools to lead and a different perspective on current work situations … all while drinking coffee.
