Is it time to explore the emotional and mental health of your staff, and consider how they can thrive in the workplace?
Jenny can work with you to deliver seminars and INSET’s covering:
- Stress management
- managing time and workload
- ‘The me in the team’- individual wellbeing and team emotional health
- Developing the human first approach in effective teams

They are usually 2 hours long, but this can be adapted and tailored to what is appropriate for the audience.
Jenny also delivers Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace CPD certified training on:

Purplemoon Coaching creates a psychologically safe space to explore your aspirations, to consider what is possible, to examine all perspectives, to plot out a journey from the current reality to your ideal, whilst staying true to your values and purpose
Purplemoon supervision is a non-judgemental, collaborative process where practitioners are supported to reflect on their values, practice, relationships, the emotional demands of their work and the impact of these and the wider systems on their psychological wellbeing. It can contribute to best practice, effective relationships, enhanced wellbeing, and professional and personal development.
